It’s happened to us, it’s happened to our clients, it’s happened to everyone. But… you can shake that page loose with the right approach. That’s just what we did for our client, OperationsInc. They have a bunch of landing pages that talk about all things HR, recruitment, training and the like. But they were sitting on Page 2, and worse. At the same time, they knew there were a lot of keywords they could own, but weren’t. We took on this challenge like we do other SEO challenges: With keyword research, Search Performance Briefs and a little bit of editorial magic. The results? - Better keyword rankings: 26 keywords moved to Page 1.
