A reader with a voucher who needed to rebook says they could not get a reply via phone or email We have been trying to book a holiday with Brittany Ferries for the final week in May using a voucher from a previous trip cancelled because of Covid. I have repeatedly emailed the company and have had no response. The phone number appears not to be staffed as it gives an engaged tone. I'm worried we will lose not only the money but also the one chance of a holiday this year. What's going on? |
