Dressing in layers is recommended in cold climatic conditions. This is because it is easier to take off or put on connotes dressing at a time. For example, high neck shirt, synthetic slack, black slip ons, and a sports jacket will be enough to keep you warm. Thermal undergarments, casual jeans, woolen caps, sunglasses, woolen socks (with extra pair), flannelette shirts, fleece jackets, leggings or tights, and water resistant boots are appropriate for wet winter conditions.
