Mastriano was endorsed by former President Donald Trump, who thanked him for his commitment to the lie that Trump didn't lose to President Joe Biden. His victory is a triumph of personal branding and populist messaging over the power of the state's Democratic elected officials, who largely favored Rep. Conor Lamb. Fetterman continues recovering from a stroke.
