The removal of mask mandates on airlines doesn't come as welcome news for everyone (including me). The idea of being in close quarters with an unmasked stranger isn't something I can easily adjust to anymore. I still plan to mask up when I board a flight — but how much of a difference does it really make if my seatmates are bare faced?
