Subject: Is BA0668 LHR>RAK always this bad?
| I am usually the first the leap to British Airways defence but I was really struggling when flying to Marrakesh yesterday. I couldn't see any perks Vs the equivalent Ryan Air flight to be honest. In seat power wasn't working, no TV screens, paid for food service was really poor. And that's not me complaining at the stewardess - I really felt for her she was working so hard with a big smile on her face but clearly her team (and the trolley) hadn't been resourced enough for the flight. I got the impression it was her and 2 trainees (so basically just her!) I was just wondering if this route gets the thin end of the wedge as it was a stark contrast to our usual BA experience (including other short haul flights) |
