Subject: Hyatt Place Near Paris Airport?

 

So I noticed there are two Hyatts near the Paris airport. Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place. There's plenty of info regarding the Hyatt Regency, but no details about the HP or HH. All of them are category 2, however, the cash price for the HP is 50% more than the Regency. But it doesn't have a club or suites. So I wonder why it's more more expensive and if anyone has any input on that Hyatt Place. I'll be traveling with my wife and 18 month old baby and am hoping the baby won't be an issue with the Hyatt in Paris as she can just sleep in the king bed with us.
