Subject: Confusion over Apps & Online Check-Denied

 

We are elderly and cannot 'do' apps and we are confused.

Re: our booking we have received a text requesting us to download a 3rd party Verifly app. and to upload all sorts of private information into it. But we have read of numerous reviews sleighting it as not fit for purpose. We do not have smart phones anyway. And we cannot find an online version to run under Windows on a PC.

When we do Manage My Booking we get screeds of windows extolling the BA App. - whatever that is. Is it Verifly under a different guise? However we cannot use that either - and there is no online version.

But our complaint is that online check-in and seat selection is denied us because we cannot use these apps. In our opinion this is directly discriminatory against age. That is unacceptable.
