From the example above you can see this bonus points rate prices the exact same as the best Member Rate Flexible - no additional charge. So you definitely want to book the bonus points offer if you are staying here as you earn roughly $25 in points per night at current valuations, we'll have to see in a few weeks what the dynamic pricing has in store but in any regard you should go for the points.
At the Four Points and Element it prices slightly higher than the best Member Rate ($3-$5 per night) and comes as a non-refundable prepaid rate so it is definitely less attractive of an offer. I mean it's worth it for the points if and only if you know 100% that you will be completing the stay.
