Fanesca – Excavator'dan

Butajiru – Japonya'dan
This hearty favorite is butajiru, also called tonjiru, which is pork soup. The main ingredients in this stewed soup are thin slices of pork, dashi stock, vegetables such as miso, burdock root, radish, green onions. It is a mainstay dish during the cold winter months in Japan .
Bouillabaisse - Fransa'dan
Fishermen from Marseille separated the bony fish. They prepare a seafood stew from rock bugs. The real bouillabaisse today; It should contain at least four types of Mediterranean fish, as well as onions, tomatoes, garlic, saffron, fennel and thyme. Mulligatawny Soup from England and India
Although Mulligatawny soup is of English origin, its roots can be traced back to India. Originally XVIII. It's probably a corrupted version of the West Indian "chili juice" dating back to the 19th century. Mulligatawny is a curry soup to which chicken or mutton, onions and chives are added. It is thought that this soup was passed on to the British when they were colonizing India.
