Tornado watch continues for several counties west of Atlanta | Live updates

The potential severe weather comes after strong storms earlier in the week and tornadoes in two metro Atlanta cities on New Year's Eve.

Metro Atlanta is bracing for more potential severe weather late Saturday night and into Sunday morning. The metro area already dealt with strong storms, prompting severe thunderstorm warnings, earlier in the week, before New Year's Eve brought tornado activity to several parts of the region and two confirmed tornadoes to two different cities.

As things develop overnight, the 11Alive StormTrackers will again be tracking severe weather and providing the latest alerts and warnings. Below, find live updates.
